Big race Saturdays at Photo Finish™ LIVE have always been appointment viewing, but as real money purse sizes steadily increase and the performances on the racetracks become that much more meaningful, taking a look back each Monday morning once the dust has settled is even more of a necessity.
This past Saturday, PFL celebrated a massive record-breaking Third Time Derby purse prize, as well as a huge slate of big real money Crown Derby races.

Third Time Dery: Ba11thazar Wins Record Purse
On Saturday evening, Ba11thazar Mangers and its horse The Pelennor Fields took down the lion’s share of the Third Time Derby’s 64,000 $DERBY pot – a Photo Finish™ LIVE record! Remember when races were just for fun and learning? Seeing PFL races with $800 on the line makes that seem like ages ago.
Congratulations to Ba11thazar on the massive 30,080 $DERBY win!
Crown Prep Sprint Series Winners Circle
Slowly at first, then all at once!
The REAL MONEY incarnation of the Crown Prep Sprint Series continues to gain steam, and participation, as stables get a better feel for their reset Beta 3 horses.
