We are extremely happy to announce that we have closed our seed funding round! The $3.5M round is led by London Venture Partners, with key participation from Reciprocal Ventures and Coinbase Ventures. Other strategic participants in the round include 6th Man Ventures, Folius Ventures, Big Brain Holdings, and Maven Capital. This investment round was a purchase of equity in Third Time Entertainment, Inc and showcases their belief in the long term overall success of the company. These investors will also have an option to participate in the 7% “investor” allocation of our tokens but there are still options for future investors to be able to participate in token launches as well.
This investment allows us to immediately scale up our marketing operations and team to deliver on creating the world’s greatest sports metaverse experience. Photo Finish™ LIVE, our flagship horse racing title, continues to make amazing progress as we work towards a public beta in early Q2.
With The Suites, we are focusing on bringing all sports fans into the web3 world. In just a matter of weeks we built an extremely passionate community around the project, released a playable closed beta test, and we are hard at work on building a roadmap that can grow the project into one that transcends all platforms and supports the growth of millions of sports enthusiasts.
We have already begun to expand our marketing reach, signing on our friends at the RocketChimp advertising and marketing agency, an extremely experienced team with decades of experiences working with clients such as EA Sports, Disney, Hilton, and countless others. Alongside that we have partnered up with fortyseven, a PR agency at the intersection of entertainment and technology.
