In a landmark livestream event connecting the thrill of Kentucky with the glitz of the Las Vegas Strip, we’re excited to announce that Season 27 will feature a live broadcast of the Virtual Kentucky Derby from the SiriusXM Studio inside Wynn Las Vegas.
Hosted by Vegas-based stable owners and the voices behind the Sports Gambling Podcast Network, the broadcast kicks off a bold new push into mainstream coverage and in-person race viewing. Fittingly, it will also spotlight the beta launch of Photo Finish™ Simulcast — Third Time Games’ first foray into off-track betting.

Designed to mirror the look and feel of a full ESPN broadcast, the event will include race previews, live interviews with top stable owners, real-time updates during the Derby, and in-depth post-race analysis. But that’s just the beginning — throughout Derby week, the SiriusXM Studios at Wynn Las Vegas will be decked out with Photo Finish™ signage and promotional materials, putting the game front and center for a whole new wave of racing fans and casino-goers in one of the busiest, most high-traffic areas of the resort.

Back in Louisville: A Derby Week to Remember
As the real horses load into the gate at Churchill Downs, the Photo Finish™ team and community members will be hosting their three-day extravaganza just a stone’s throw away at the historic Longtail horse racing dive bar building in Louisville.
Teaming up with Solana partner BAXUS, a blockchain-based marketplace for rare spirits and wine, the event will celebrate everything that makes Web3 so exciting and unique.
From dinner, stories, spirits, and, of course, horse racing, both real-life and virtual, we’ve got plenty in store for anyone who makes the trip into town.
All the action will revolve around the Longtail Building, home to BAXUS, where Photo Finish™ will join the BAXUS American welcome event — a celebration marking the arrival of Solana Superteam in bourbon country. The global network of builders is expanding into Kentucky to accelerate the growth of the Solana ecosystem further.

Launching the Simulcast Off-Track Betting App
Making its debut during Derby Week, the Simulcast App is Photo Finish™ LIVE’s boldest innovation yet.
On Saturday night, BAXUS and Photo Finish™ LIVE will host a Virtual Kentucky Derby after-party at the Longtail Building, where the Simulcast will receive its first actual stress test.
Already approved and live on Roku, the app enables 24/7 streaming and wagering on Photo Finish™ races. But here’s the kicker: it’s not just for our players. Bar owners, streamers, and venues can host the app and earn a share of betting activity — think of it as off-track betting, decentralized.
The initial IRL offering of Photo Finish™ Simulcast comes on the heels of a pivotal announcement — a portion of every wager placed through OTB will purchase $CROWN directly from the open market, which will then flow into race purses, adding another gear to the flywheel.
